GLESE Cleaning Services offers domestic, office, and commercial cleaning services throughout London. All services will be carried out with reasonable skill, care, and professionalism, in accordance with industry standards.

3️⃣ Bookings & Cancellations

Bookings must be confirmed via our website, email, or telephone.

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.

4️⃣ Pricing & Payments

All prices will be clearly stated at the time of booking or quotation.

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

We accept payment via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other approved methods.

5️⃣ Access to Property

Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the property at the agreed date and time.

If our cleaners are unable to gain entry, a call-out fee may be charged.

GLESE Cleaning Services holds appropriate insurance to cover accidental damage caused by our team.

We are not liable for:

Pre-existing damage

Normal wear and tear

Items of sentimental or high value not securely stored

7️⃣ Complaints & Service Guarantee

If you are dissatisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can resolve the issue promptly.

We aim to re-clean any area of concern at no extra charge, provided the complaint is valid.
